Thank you for your interest in our apartment homes.

Studios are 495 square feet at $950-$1050 per month.

One bedroom units are 685-710 square feet at $1,250-$1,450 per month.

All of our two bedroom apartments have two full baths and are 949-1,045 square feet at $1,600-$2,150 per month.

At this time we are only taking 9-12 month leases. We are able to book only 30 days in advanced. Because we stay around 95% occupied at any time, your move date will determine specifically what's available. Our model apartment is always open to view.

There is remote access parking under the building for an additional $105 per individual space and $175 per tandem space. We also have additional storage available for $25-$100 per month. All of our units are equipped with washer/dryer, balconies, and all kitchen appliances including microwave.

There are no utilities included with rent. Resident is responsible for paying water/sewer, electricity, and phone/cable/internet. There is $5 trash removal charge per month that is paid with rent to the property.

Application/Deposit Information: Needed to hold a unit

• $40 application fee per adult
• $500 holding fee-turns into refundable security deposit upon move-out
• Only non refundable if a cancellation occurs after 72 hours upon receipt

Due upon move-in:

• $350 non-refundable deposit
• Balance of current months rent

Pets Deposit (cats only)

• $250 refundable per cat deposit
• $250 non-refundable per cat fee
