Credits For Condos
- Rent at Kearney Plaza and you can utilize our Credits for Condos program to earn rent credits toward the purchase of a new condominium, townhome or loft unit in the Pearl District.
- Each month 20% of your monthly rent can be applied toward the purchase of a new condominium, townhome or loft.
- Qualified rent pertains to rent beginning in September 2004.
- Earned rental credits can only be utilized for the purchase of a new condominium, townhome or loft unit within a Hoyt Street Properties affiliated project.
- Credits can apply toward closing costs or closing prorates (such as homeowners' association assessments), not to exceed 2% of the purchase price.
